This is a limited spread of renders and axonometric 3D views for projects both client-based and studio-internal. They are a reflection of the lessons I learned while collaborating with peers and design leaders.
These works are concentrated in corporate interiors since the studio I belonged in with my previous employer was Workplace Design. The workplace does not need to look like a playground to spark a fun, engaging, and collaborative
These views are designed for project origination. They are made to show potential clients quick and fun previews of possible iterations of their desired spaces; possibly for space planning or for workplace branding.
The client of this project desired a reimagined workplace for 300,000 s.f. of the office relocation. In the Design Development phase of the project the client wanted the team to think about these design considerations:
Ample use of color
True-to- materiality product choices
A variety of different gathering spaces
Flexible and technological meeting rooms
Inconspicuous acoustical solutions
Stadium-style seating for companywide assemblies
Ground-level assembly stadium seating. Checkerpatterned seat backing. Ancillary furniture for space versatility.
Custom digital and print newsstand near the entrance. Lounge furniture for ease of gather.
Product showcase for company launches. Peg-board style for flexible display configurations.
Homeroom: View of Project Room. Cork flooring and baffle ceiling boards for acoustical considerations. Project Room (back) features sliding gator boards, white marker board, and a pinnable surface.
Homeroom: View of Collaboration Casework. This space type provides multiple work area options of different heights. Casework includes pinnable cork board, mount for digital screen, open shelving, writable surfaces, and storage.
