JOURNEY TO SUCCESS Agent Amplify!
First 30 Days: During this time you will complete our highly acclaimed Amplify! program. The first 14 days give you everything needed to build a strong foundation of principles for a successful real estate business: prospecting strategies, systems and the tools necessary to succeed in the real estate industry. For the remainder of the month, you will continue to test out those principles while working closely with your mentor and our Sales Director prospecting, listing and selling real estate, and discerning if this partnership is the perfect fit for you.
Day 31 - 90: At this point, you are well on your way to experiencing success in your real estate business. While the majority of your time is still spent mastering the lead conversion part of the game, you will start to see how learning and understanding the principles of prospecting will set you up for a lifetime of success. Working closely with your mentor, you will continue listing and selling real estate.
Days 91+: You are rocking and rolling now and are setting appointments with new clients at a high level. Those early appointments have now begun to convert into sales and closings. More importantly, you have laid the groundwork to compete with the best of ‘em. You’ve really begun to understand principles at a high level and your prospecting and conversions are showing that. BoomTown, Lincoln Select’s invaluable lead platform, allows our agents to convert more buyer and seller opportunities without more effort.
We distribute buyer and seller leads through BoomTown allowing agents to capture as much business as possible. In addition, we have pre-set drip campaigns available to stay in front of each lead for extended periods of time.
BoomTown allows marketing via mass email, text, and call. It allows our agents the ability to prospect their leads with a click of a button. In addition, BoomTown is a home searching platform.
