Helmed by Ralph Homer, CEO and Founder of Lincoln Holding, and Co-Founder of Restaurant Secrets Inc, it owns and operates Food & Beverage brands across the Middle East and Europe, including La Serre, Distillery and Taikun.

Mido’s diverse experience in HR, Law and Business Administration, has made him a key person working directly at the CEO’s office and being involved in a variety of functions. His experience along with strong people skills and constructive problem-solving approach, Mido ensures operations are running smoothly while tackling challenges calmly.

Chef Anne-Laure brings nearly 9 years of culinary experience from around the world. Originally from Brittany, France, she has worked for popular restaurants across Cannes, Monaco and Geneva. Prior to joining the team at La Serre, Anne-Laure had been trained in the kitchen of famous chef, same as Alain Ducasse and Jöel Robuchon, where she understood the decadent culinary expectations.

As Corporate Executive Chef at la Serre, Anne-Laure brings guests an exceptional and memorable dining experience by introducing a renovative and characteristic food menu that satisfies taste bud of every epicurean in Dubai.

Before joining Taikun as the Corporate Executive Chef, Chef Aleksander experience covered variety of cuisines – Seafood, Japanese, African and Steak Houses. He is used to facing challenges and working in high paced environment.
