It is located in the southwest part of Texas along the I-35 freeway and has become a booming real estate market due to both property development and resale. Austin is an inland, dry south-central Texas City bordering the hill country. Home to the University of Texas, it is well known for its livemusic scene centered around blues, country, and rock 'n' roll. Its many outdoor parks and lakes are especially popular for biking, hiking, swimming, and boating. At the same time, its parks and zoos are also a great draw for families. South of the town, Formula One's famous Circuit of the Americas is also found here. The city is divided into five main districts: South Austin, West Austin, East Austin, Downtown Austin, and Main Street.
