Title of the Unit: Renewable Energy
Contextualization: intermediate b1 level students with good skills recurring courses for the b2 course exam, most of the students are university students and professionals in different areas
Justification: to know the importance of our natural resources and know how they can be used. Grammatical Structure to work the present simple and present continuous to high level of English
Organization of the Didactic Unit: it is going to teach in three section which are divided in this way
• What are renewable energies?
• How many renewable energies do you know
• Do you know what kind of energy exists in your country?
General Objective
The objective of this unit is that the student can talk about any specific topic and can discussions in your area of expertise.
Specific Objectives
➢ Understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in your area of expertise
➢ Interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that enables interaction with native speaker
➢ Produce clear and detailed texts on a wide range of topics and explain a point of view on a topic

Firs Lesson
What are renewable energies?
Warm up (pre) in this first part of the class the students will be asked what they know about renewable energy, this to know how much they know about the subject.
Presentations The teacher starts the class with a presentation with a video where it is revealed what energy is and the types that exist
Practice: when finish the video. The tutor will pass some sheets where the students will answer the questions regarding the video
Production later the exercise the teacher begins a small class discussion, where all students talk and give their point of view.
Assessment (post): The teacher evaluates each student's performance through interaction, asking some questions about the topic and participating and communicating
Beside the students for the next class, they will create a short essay about, how many renewable energies do you know?

How many renewable energies do you know?
Warm up (pre) To continue with the class. The teachers will do a small review where all students share their own point of view of the classes the thing that they are learning and their doubts
Presentations: after that, the tutor ask each Of their pupil about their assay and they should read it.
Production: later the exercise the teacher all students will create a roundtable to discuss their point of view and if they are agreeing with their partners

Third lesson
Do you know what kind of energy exists in your country?
Warm up (pre) To continue with the class. The teachers will play with her students, and she will know if the students are learning or if there are doubts and she continuous with the question Do you know what kind of energy exists in your country?
Presentations: to debate the topic, all students talk about three R reduce, reuse and recycle the students will have 10 mint, to prepared a short presentations
Production: all student talk about the thing that they research about this topic.
