SUGGESTED MINORS
This program is academically aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As a result, students in their final year will have eligibility to register for the SHRM-Certified Professional Examinations.
Courses included in the curriculum include but are not limited to: Strategic HRM, Staffing Organizations, Compensation and Benefits, Employment Law, Organizational Development and Managing Change, Managing Diversity and Inclusion, Labor Relations, Training and Development.

Most instructors are Certified Professionals in HRM.
Human Resource Management is the 13th most popular major in the state of South Carolina. Our program was recently ranked No. 1 in the state for “Best Value.”
In addition to the major in Human Resource Management, all students will also receive a minor in Business Administration.
