SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES

NATIONAL CONFERENCE & BUSINESS FAIR SPONSOR ELIGIBILITY WBENC‘s National Conference is designed to attract the broadest possible participation from corporations, government agencies and women business owners. However, to ensure that Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) have meaningful opportunities to connect with potential clients (corporate, government and other WBEs) as well as strengthen relationships with existing clients, WBENC has established specific rules of eligibility for sponsors of the 2017 Confer from the ence: 1. O nly WBENC National Corporate Members or Regional Corporate Members from the Women’s Business Enterprise Council West (WBEC-West), as well as RPOs and WBENC-Certified WBEs, can be sponsors. 2. WBENC reserves the right to approve or deny any sponsorship requests.

NATIONAL CONFERENCE & BUSINESS FAIR EXHIBITOR ELIGIBILITY 1. WBENC-Certified WBEs, WBENC National Corporate Members, Regional Partner Organizations (RPOs), Regional Corporate Members of the 2017 Host Council (WBEC-West, WEConnect International Certified WBEs, and pre-approved nonprofits or government agencies are eligible to exhibit. 2. Government agencies, WBENC’s strategic partners and media sponsors, and approved affiliate nonprofit organizations can be exhibitors. 3. WBENC reserves the right to approve or deny any business as an exhibitor.

SPONSOR RECOGNITION IN MEDIA RELATIONS & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS Corporate sponsors along with WBE sponsors may be listed in one or more of the following areas. Please carefully read the details of the benefits package associated with your chosen sponsorship. 1. Website - company logo displayed or company name listed. 2. Print - The #ACTIntentionally365 book will be made available to all conference attendees. On location, sponsors will be recognized on signage (based on level of sponsorship) and through select public awareness strategies. 3. President’s Report – company may be referenced in articles and/or event promotional materials published in the WBENC President’s Report. 4. WBENC Blog – company may be referenced in blog posts regarding the event and/or their sponsorship. 5. Social Media – company may be recognized through various posts on Facebook and Twitter.

WBENC-Certified WBEs who purchase a full conference registration; WBENC-Certified WBE sponsors; and WBENC-Certified WBE Sponsor guests must be registered by April 3, 2017 to participate in the 1:1 MatchMaker meetings. Advertising Print Deadline: April 10, 2017 - To be guaranteed inclusion in the #ACTIntentionally365 Book, content must be received by the print deadline.
