Manhattan is where the world comes to make deals, run businesses, invest in new ventures, break through, and conquer the future. And in your spare time, you can eat, play, relax, shop, connect, and give back. Center of New York. Center of the world. Center of the universe. This is where opportunity puts in a 24-hour day, every day.

We offer standard double rooms, deluxe doubles, and triple rooms. In addition to the refrigerator and microwave that come with every room, deluxe doubles also have a kitchenette with a sink and electric cooktop. Other features include a fitness center, 24-hour access control, a laundry room, bike storage, a communal kitchen and dining room, as well as numerous other co-living amenities. This modern high-rise student residence is in the heart of Manhattan at Lexington Avenue and 51st Street—a quick walk from both of our academic buildings, steps from multiple subway and bus lines, and across the street from a New York Police Department station.

IN NYC

“ I was super nervous to come to such a large city and was worried I’d feel alone. After moving into the residence hall, I found that the Resident Assistants set up community events to push you to meet and develop relationships with fellow students. Attending these, I found a great group of people.”
