ROLE: Project Manager
CR Qianhai Center located in the new CBD of Shenzhen. With a government greenbelt running through the project, its sunken landscape area becomes the feature and the most significant area of the project. To accommodate the ever-changing functions of the outdoor space in this mixed-use complex, the landscape is designed with high flexibility, and so to enhance the commercial value of the outdoor space.
CONTRIBUTION:
• Analyzed existing site condition and architectural planning, and target customers
• Brainstormed together with the team a landscape concept and design approach
• Researched, studied, and provided various analysis on the planning and design of outdoor space for commercial use
• Developed design drawings and packages
• Prepared presentation materials

SUMMARY:
This project is located at the centre of Beijing City where the land is inherited by the descendants of the princess from Qing Dynasty. Its prominent site location and the historical background define the importance of this project.
During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, a series of walls were built in the city of Beijing, from inside to outside naming the Palace City, the Imperial City, the Inner City and the Outer City. Therefore, the Forbidden City, which locates in the center of the Imperial City, is a veritable “City within City.” The concept of this project, “Grid within Grid, Garden within Garden,” is inspired by the traditional concept of urban planning and layout, “City within City,” in the Old Beijing, providing a layout of stacked gardens and courtyards within one another, and unfolding layer by layer as one progress through The project is divided into two parts: the garden landscape of the apartment - "Royal Court", and the municipal park - "Garden in the Garden"

象征权利，抽象为造型沉稳大气的入口建筑，具震慑力。抽象装饰的钉纹，又似古时彰显身份门第的府邸上的门钉，低调不失气度。

大型的纽扣式纸镇，上面的风卷葵纹样，抽象为气韵生动流畅的铺装和装饰。

The architecture of Hyatt Regency Jiading is designed by Tadao Ando. It is one of a few commercial buildings designed by Ando in China. In order to match with Ando’s architecture, minimal landscape design was applied. There are multiple landscape areas on various floors, serving with different functions.

A private park at the center of a massive residential township in a newly developed district, Lohas Park TKO, in Hong Kong. Building such a park is one of the leasing conditions of the land.
Within this central open space, there is an iconic building incorporating a community hall and communal facilities which boasts green living and eco-friendliness Green features including rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling, renewable energy sources and use of environmentally friendly building materials, setting an example of sustainable development This project achieves HK-BEAM Platinum award that serves to reinforce the eco-theme of the whole Development

Uni Park is located in the center of Zhuhai city with stunning river view and close to many major roads and railways. With the excellent location and huge developmental potential, Uni Park is positioned as ad high-end mixed-use development with leisure waterfront shopping mall, apartments, offices, and hotels.
As most of the future mall customers will arrive by public transportations, two landscape covered walkway becomes the feature and the focus of the landscape plaza.
