TKO area 66 is a town park that includes an underground public vehicle parking in the form of puzzle type parking and conventional parking.
As an architectural assistant, I was tasked with providing support for LegCo presentations and reviewing project documents such as artist impressions, hypothesis study drawings for cost estimation, contractor submission, etc..

As an architectural assistant involved in the design of the Pak Shek Kok Public Toilet - a people-oriented, bicyclethemed public facility, my role involved visualizing design concepts and creating detailed drawings to realize the project vision.
The public toilet has been recognized for its success with multiple awards, including but not limited to the HKIA Annual Award 2024 (President’s Special Prize), the HKTA Golden Award for the Best Toilet in 2023, ArchSD Special Award (Social Integration) 2023, and ArchSD Grand Award for the technologies & innovative ideas 2023

MEMENTO is a hypothesis of adaptive reuse for the abandoned Mong Kok Market in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Constructed in 1977, the market was largely underutilized despite the highly populated surroundings.
With the surrounding hawker streets and other indoor public markets outcompeting the said market, the market was decommissioned on March 1, 2010.
Its once trendy Bauhaus architecture remained as a record of past time. Until recently, there are proposal of revitalizing the market as a local health center.
Rather than the traditional heritage preservation approach, MEMENTO propose to preserve the ruin, to make use of the static (abandoned market) inside the dynamic (Mong Kok) for making, healing & remembering.

This proposal outlines an urban development for 150 Street in Hargeisa, Somaliland, financed through government and community funding. It envisions a hybrid membership model connecting a metaverse environment with the physical realm. The metaverse will function as a repository for ideas and concepts, while the physical development will be realized through a scalable, modular construction (MiC) system.

Vein Village is a collaborative development proposal for the valley between Yuen Long and Sheung Shui. The project connects distinct areas with a central spine that extends into the mountain. Blossom, a component of Vein Village, proposes an innovative village house design utilizing a steel structure, Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), and modular construction.
As a specialist in BIM and 3D modeling, this project offered amble opportunity to apply these skills. Several challenges were present, including a complex and changing terrain, structural feasibilitywhilebeingtectonic, andintegrationwith other project proposals. These challenges were addressed through a combination of CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling techniques.
