The Market Manager position is a vital role in our company's success. Market Managers are the primary point of contact for our clients once a relationship has been developed, responsible for managing the current demand and developing new opportunities within their assigned market.

Market Managers are responsible for ground-level marketing efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and prioritizing their experience.
As the face of our company in their respective markets, Market Managers play a critical role in our company's growth and success.
At Lighthouse Visuals, our associates play an important role in supporting the efforts of our Market Managers. Under the guidance of their Market Manager, associates will be assigned jobs which they are responsible for creating high-quality visual marketing assets and ensuring a positive client experience.
By taking on these responsibilities, associates help to strengthen the overall success of their market region and the company as a whole. Associates when needed in a market are an integral part of the team, working to build trust and rapport with clients and reinforce the market manager's position as a trusted partner and expert in their field.
Development Period:
During our Development Period, all new hires at Lighthouse Visuals will begin at a 45% commission rate, regardless of whether you are a Market Manager or an Associate.
This time frame allows you to demonstrate your abilities and prove that you are a great fit for our team. Market Managers who demonstrate a strong investment in their role and pass an efficiency test on service knowledge, systems, and content creation across all lines of service, will be moved up to a 50% commission rate.
Further commission rate growth is available, but is dependent on significant growth of their market before we can open this discussion. Associates will also start at 45%, with opportunities for commission rate increases based on either time involved and the discretion of their Market Manager.
The Lighthouse Visuals Operations Triangle is a visual representation of our company's structure, with three main players: Admin, You (Photographer), and the Client. At the heart of this triangle is the Client, who is the most important person in the entire system. Without clients, we cannot generate revenue to fund the operations and support provided by Admin.
Admin and the Photographer work together closely to deliver high-quality services to our clients, while the bottom foundation of the triangle is built on our systems, processes, and grand-scale marketing efforts. At the pinnacle of the triangle, the key focus is on Care & Passion for your position and clients, as well as direct efforts towards growth in your market.
