CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible you must be a dealer, and in the case of an individual, a U.S. or Canadian citizen or legal resident 18 years or older.

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, call Gary Shaffer at Dow at 800-232-2436, ext. 32047. Alternatively, write your name, address, age and telephone number on a card and mail it to Lori Burton, Dow Building Solutions, 1605 Joseph Drive, 200 Larkin Center, Midland, MI 48674. All entries must be post-marked by March 8, 2013 and received by March 11, 2013.

6. RESTRICTIONS ON ENTRIES: One entry per person.

7. PRIZES AND VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize. Two round-trip airline tickets within North America (maximum $600 value) will be awarded. Prize purchase must fall within $600. Any balance remaining cannot be redeemed.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-assignable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Winner must claim prize within 30 days of notice. Tickets need to be purchased by June 30, 2013.

17. ALTERNATIVE IF NOT CLAIMED: Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notice or alternative winner will be selected.
