Liebe Leserinnen und Leser, gerade die letzten beiden Jahre haben uns als Unternehmen, aber auch jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter privat und beruflich vor einige Herausforderungen gestellt. Mehr als je zuvor mussten wir uns nicht vorhersehbaren Situationen stellen und gewisse Umstände einfach hinnehmen.

Dass wir als Unternehmen so souverän durch diese Zeit gekommen sind, war nicht selbstverständlich und an dieser Stelle möchte ich mich bei allen bedanken, die aktiv dazu beigetragen haben.

Im Hause LIFTKET ist Stillstand ein Fremdwort. Wir arbeiten stets an Optimierungen und Anpassungen um uns, unser Produkt und unsere Marke global noch stärker zu machen. In der neuen Ausgabe unseres Magazins möchten wir Sie gern über einige Neuerungen und Geschehnisse im Unternehmen informieren.

Dear readers, The last two years in particular have not only affected us as a company, but also every individual employee, who faced a number of challenges both privately and professionally. More than ever, we had to overcome unforeseeable situations and simply accept certain circumstances.

The fact that we as a company have come through this time so excellent was not a matter of course and at this point I would like to thank everyone who has actively contributed to this.

For LIFTKET, standstill is a foreign word. We are always working on optimisations and adjustments to make ourselves, our product, and our brand even stronger globally. Ithe new issue of our magazine we would like to inform you about some innovations and developments in the company.

Martin Popp widmet sich seit dem 01.01.2022 seiner neuen Aufgabe als Technischer Leiter bei uns im Hause LIFTKET. Herr Popp hat sein Studium als Dipl.-Ingenieur erfolgreich absolviert und war viele Jahre in der Automobilbranche in Süddeutschland zu Hause. Zuletzt leitete er zwei Teams im Bereich der Konstruktion und Entwicklung.

Seit 2019 ist Herr Keilhauer bei LIFTKET für die Ausbildung der gewerblichen Auszubildenden zuständig. Er selbst absolvierte seine Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker im Jahr 2015 bei LIFTKET. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss seiner Ausbildung konnte Herr Keilhauer bei LIFTKET Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Bereichen sammeln, wie der Bohrerei, dem Stahl- und Sonderbau sowie im konventionellen Fräsen und Drehen & CNC-Drehen und -Fräsen.

Herr Popp macht es sich zur Aufgabe unsere Technikabteilung neu zu organisieren und strukturieren und damit die Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen noch besser auszubauen. Offenheit, Transparenz und eine Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe stehen für Ihn dabei im Vordergrund.

Unseren Azubis möchte Herr Keilhauer den Spaß am Beruf des CNC-Zerspanungsmechanikers vermitteln. Dazu gehört für Ihn vor allem eine große Portion Motivation getreu dem Motto: „Den Kopf nicht gleich in den Sand zu stecken“.

Martin Popp started his new job as Technical Manager at LIFTKET on 1st of January 2022. Mr. Popp has successfully completed his studies as a qualified engineer and was working in the automotive industry in Southern Germany for many years. In his last position he was in charge of two teams in the field of design and development.

Mr. Keilhauer has been responsible for training the industrial apprentices at LIFTKET since 2019. In 2015 he completed his apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator at LIFTKET. After successfully completing his training, Mr. Keilhauer was able to gain experience in various areas at LIFTKET, such as drilling, steel and special construction, as well as conventional milling and turning & CNC turning and milling.

Mr. Popp makes it his task to reorganise and to restructure our technical department and therefore to improve the interface to other departments. Frankness, transparency and cooperation at eye level are his priorities.

Mr. Keilhauer would like to convey the fun side of working as a CNC cutting machine operator to our apprentices. For him, this includes above all a large portion of motivation according to the principle: "Don't bury your head in the sand right away"

GREEN LIFTKET wurde das ganze Thema mit Unterstützung eines 7-köpfigen Projektteams weiter vorangetrieben.

Bereits seit 2015 ist ein Energie-Audit nach DIN EN 16247-1 für alle Unternehmen in Deutschland verpflichtend. Da das Thema nachhaltige Energie für uns einen sehr hohen Stellenwert hat und in den besonderen Fokus rücken sollte, haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht ein EnergieManagement System zu etablieren, uns einem Audit nach EN ISO 50001:2018 zu stellen und uns zertifizieren zu lassen. Bereits im Jahr 2020 starteten wir mit den ersten Vorbereitungen für dieses umfangreiche Projekt. Mit der Einstellung unseres neuen Produktionsleiters Herrn Reetz

Eines der großen Ziele im Rahmen des Audits ist der Verzicht der Verwendung von Heizöl im gesamten Unternehmen sowie die Ausstattung der Hallendächer mit PhotovoltaikAnlagen. Im Zuge dessen wurde der erste Anschluss für eine neue Gasheizung bereits beantragt und kann voraussichtlich noch 2022 in Betrieb genommen werden.

GREEN LIFTKET Errichtung von Elektroladesäulen für Kundenparkplätze sowie die Anschaffung neuer Produktionsmaschinen mit Schwerpunkt Energieeffizienz sein.

Im Laufe des Projektes konnten mittlerweile auch schon einige Meilensteine erreicht werden, wie z.B. • die Planung einer neuen Heizung inll. BHKW (Blockheizkraftwerk) mit besserer Energieleistung • die Installation von 26 Strommessstellen im Unternehmen, welche eine Echtzeitmessung ermöglichen • die Umstellung auf LED-Lampen in verschiedenen Fertigungshallen

Das Energie Audit nach ISO 50001:2018 fand nach fast 2-jähriger Vorbereitungsphase im Dezember 2021 erfolgreich statt. Circa alle 2 Jahre wird es hierzu künftig ein Wiederholungsaudit geben, bei welchem wir mit unseren Entwicklungen überzeugen können.
