Challenges I would say one of my biggest challenges in the work environment, is to prove to our customers that a woman can also be a LMI and do the work required. Management style I am very involved with the day to day running of Beam Industrial, and have a close working relationship with all the staff. I also promote a open door policy and want the staff to talk to me should they need help or assistance with anything. Beam Industrial was 25 years old in April 2020 and I have been with the company for 18 years. Keeping the business going through tough times and supporting our loyal and valued customers is one of the most important achievements.
