Henshaw, Commercial Lifting Gear, and from Certex, were nominated to participate in aims to provide new insights into International, foster networking opportunities group and enhance across companies and approximately 12-14 months, programme accommodated and consisted of modules designed future development advancement of the modules encompass a combination of digital and physical formats, with varying durations, ranging from half-day sessions to three-and-a-half days.

Callum shared his experiences, stating, “The practical modules have taken me to Stockholm in November last year, Amsterdam in June and I will be returning to Stockholm again in January 2024. I have really enjoyed the programme and appreciate the opportunity given to me to attend.”

Blake added, “I would like to thank Patrick Cummins and Scott Wilcox for the chance to become part of this prestigious programme. I found the best part was being surrounded by ambitious, intelligent individuals from different companies and cultures. Through our interactions, we’re learning to develop each other further by providing feedback in regular catch-up meetings.
