We are hiring:

Full-time Accounting & Administration Manager

As an Accounting & Administration Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial and administrative backbone of our DMC, ensuring seamless operations across departments.

This role is instrumental in keeping our financial records accurate, compliant, and well-structured. You will manage bookkeeping, banking transactions, payroll support, and compliance with crossborder tax regulations, contributing to the company’s financial stability and operational excellence.

Working closely with tax advisors, authorities, and internal teams, you will support the growth and efficiency of our organization by ensuring that all administrative and financial processes run smoothly. Your precision, organization, and proactive mindset will help optimize workflows and support the success of our projects in Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca.

Your role

As an Accounting & Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key financial and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations within our company.

You will manage bookkeeping in A3con, ensuring all financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Your role includes handling Modelo 115 and 349 forms, preparing financial data for tax advisors, and ensuring compliance with cross-border tax regulations. Additionally, you will coordinate with banks, process payments, manage receipts, and oversee digital certifications for platforms like AEAT and Seguridad Social.

A key part of your role involves supporting HR processes, including payroll preparation, employment documentation for new hires, and tracking work hours. You will ensure that all administrative and legal

requirements are met while keeping employee records updated and well-organized.

Furthermore, you will act as a liaison with tax advisors, banks, and authorities, handling official correspondence and responding to administrative inquiries. You will also assist in improving internal workflows to enhance efficiency in financial and administrative processes.

Your role requires a structured and detail-oriented approach, as well as the ability to communicate in Spanish with gestorias and relevant institutions. If you are precise, reliable, and organized, we look forward to welcoming you to our team!

Your profile

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, based in Mallorca, to join our team as an Accounting & Administration Specialist with more than two years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Proficiency in Spanish is required to communicate with gestorías and authorities, ensuring compliance with financial and administrative regulations. A strong understanding of accounting and tax-related topics is essential.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with excellent analytical and communication skills. A structured approach, reliability, and discretion are key, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role also requires proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and accounting software (A3con).
