Our company LifeXperiences is a full-service event agency, offering tailor-made itineraries for 4* and 5* incentives, meetings and conferences, and private events on the Balearic Islands.

We are a very small close knit team of 12 staff, passionate about planet and people. Through our Xperiences we endeavour to inspire guests to reconnect with themselves and become passionate about the environment. Given the unprecedented times we are living in, more and more clients recognize the need to actively participate in the regeneration of our planet.

As a company we strive to become leaders of change as we commit to finding sustainable solutions across our entire value chain, establishing best practices for the travel industry.

We are aiming for LifeXperiences to become a fully sustainable DMC by 2026 and are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who can support the team build on our success to reach that goal.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing and Communications Manager who can lead the charge in amplifying our brand, sharing our sustainability achievements, and inspiring others to become leaders of change.

In this role, you will not only shape the narrative of our brand but also play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to sustainability. You'll be at the forefront of creating impactful marketing campaigns, managing PR efforts, and securing opportunities for our CEO to share our vision at prominent forums.

Your role As a Marketing and Communications Manager at LifeXperiences, you will: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand visibility.

• Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and print materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Oversee the planning and execution of events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure coverage and partnerships.

• Conduct copywriting for PR materials, press releases, and other communication collateral.

• Actively work with PR agencies to maximize coverage of the company's sustainability efforts.

• Lead the internal and external communication of the company's sustainability achievements, ensuring alignment with corporate values and objectives.

• Identify and secure public speaking opportunities for the CEO to discuss the company's role in becoming leaders of change.

• Manage and develop CRM database.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (3 years) in marketing and communications roles, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in english and german.

• Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Experience in copywriting for PR materials and managing PR agencies.

• Experience in communicating sustainability initiatives is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to secure public speaking opportunities for executives.
