We are hiring:

Full-time Junior/Senior Event Manager for the autonomous organisation and coordination of our corporate and private events and incentives on Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca.

Your job • Autonomous conception, budgeting, organisation and coordination of on-site multi-day private and corporate events on a 4* and 5*-level • Customer service during all event phases as the central contact person • Communication and negotiation with providers and partners • Proposal preparation and event-based accounting • Product and portfolio development 4

Your challenges • Multi-tasking • Highly demanding international clients • Problem-solving/Improvisation under time-pressure • Physical and mental resilience during events • Highly detail-oriented work • Coordination of events also on weekends
