# A PUBLIC NHS – WE WILL: 3 Fight for a publicly funded NHS free at the point of use and end the creeping privatisation of its services. 3 Make mental health a much higher priority with resources to match this status.

# A FAIR ECONOMY – WE WILL:

robert says ... I grew up in Lichfield and am proud to stand for the Green Party in my home city and wider constituency. I believe in a fair, democratic society, an economy working for the common good and a world fit for future generations. The roots of the problems we face – growing social inequality, tax avoidance by the superrich, lack of action on climate change - can be traced to the current economic model. The idea of infinite growth on a finite planet must change if we want a habitable, healthy society for us, our children and grandchildren. I want greater power for local people, more transparency in public institutions and an end to the vested interests that have corrupted politics. Vote Green on 7 May for a brave, bold government which will invest in public services and green job creation for a sustainable future.
