‫ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ‪ :‬ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻅ ﺍﳍﻤﻢ ﺷﺮﺡ ﻣﱳ ﺍﳊﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﺍﳌﺆ ﻟﻒ ‪ :‬ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﺠﻴﺒﺔ‬

‫ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺮﲪﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ‬ ‫ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﲑ ﺇﱃ ﻣﻮﻻﻩ ﺍﻟﻐﲏ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﺎ ﺳﻮﺍﻩ ﺃﲪﺪ ﺑﻦ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﻋﺠﻴﺒﺔ ﺍﳊﺴﲎ ﻟﻄﻒ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻪ ﻭﺣﺒﺎﻩ ﺃﻥ ﺃﻭﱃ ﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻋﻘﺪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﳉﻨﺎﻥ‪ .‬ﻭﻧﻄﻘﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺃﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺼﺎﺣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻥ‪ .‬ﻭﺧﻄﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺃﻗﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﻥ‪ .‬ﲪﺪ ﺍ ﻟﻔﺘﺎﺡ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﱘ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﳊﻤﺪ ﷲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻣﻸ ﻗﻠﻮﺏ ﺃﻭﻟﻴﺎﺋﻪ ﲟﺤﺒﺘﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﺧﺘﺺ ﺃﺭﻭﺍﺣﻬﻢ ﺑﺸﻬﻮﺩ ﻋﻈﻤﺘﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﻫﻴﺄ ﺃﺳﺮﺍﺭﻫﻢ ﳊﻤﻞ ﺃﻋﺒﺎﺀ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺘﻪ ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓﻘﻠﻮﻬﺑﻢ ﰲ ﺭﻭﺿﺎﺕ ﺟﻨﺎﺕ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﳛﱪﻭﻥ ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺭﻭﺍﺣﻬﻢ ﰲ ﺭﻳﺎﺽ ﻣﻠﻜﻮﺗﻪ ﻳﺘﻨﺰﻫﻮﻥ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺳﺮﺍﺭﻫﻢ ﰲ ﲝﺎﺭ ﺟﱪﻭﺗﻪ‬ ‫ﻳﺴﺒﺤﻮﻥ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﺳﺘﺨﺮﺟﺖ ﺃﻓﻜﺎﺭﻫﻢ ﻳﻮﺍﻗﻴﺖ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻮﻡ‪ .‬ﻭﻧﻄﻘﺖ ﺃﻟﺴﻨﺘﻬﻢ ﲜﻮﺍﻫﺮ ﺍﳊﻜﻢ ﻭﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﻮﻡ‪ .‬ﻓﺴﺒﺤﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﺻﻄﻔﺎﻫﻢ ﳊﻀﺮﺗﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﺧﺘﺼﻬﻢ ﲟﺤﺒﺘﻪ‪ .‬ﻓﻬﻢ ﺑﲔ ﺳﺎﻟﻚ ﻭﳎﺬﻭﺏ‪ .‬ﻭﳏﺐ ﻭﳏﺒﻮﺏ‪ .‬ﺃﻓﻨﺎﻫﻢ ﰲ ﳏﺒﺔ ﺫﺍﺗﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺑﻘﺎﻫﻢ‬ ‫ﺑﺸﻬﻮﺩ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﺻﻔﺎﺗﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﻭﻣﻮﻻﻧﺎ ﳏﻤﺪ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﻷﻧﻮﺍﺭ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﻌﺪﻥ ﺍﳌﻌﺎﺭﻑ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻷﺳﺮﺍﺭ‪ .‬ﻭﺭ ﺿﻰ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﻋﻦ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺑﻪ ﺍﻷﺑﺮﺍﺭ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺘﻪ ﺍﻷﻃﻬﺎﺭ ﺃﻣﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻲﺀ ﻭﻗﺒﻠﻪ ﻭﻣﻌﻪ‪ .‬ﻓﻌﻠﻢ‬ ‫ﻼ ﻭﻓﺨﺮﹰﺍ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺳﻨﺎﻫﺎ ﴰﺴﹰﺎ ﻭﺑﺪﺭﹰﺍ‪ .‬ﻭﻛﻴﻒ ﻻ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻟﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻮﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﻗﺪﺭﹰﺍ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﻋﻈﻤﻬﺎ ﳏ ﹰ‬ ‫ﻭﻣﻨﻬﺎﺝ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﺗﺸﺮﻕ ﺃﻧﻮﺍﺭ ﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﺃﻋﻈﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺻﻨﻒ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﳊﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻄﺎﺋﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﺍﻟﱵ ﻫﻲ ﻣﻮﺍﻫﺐ ﻟﺪﻧﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﺃﺳﺮﺍﺭ ﺭﺑﺎﻧﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻧﻄﻘﺖ ﻬﺑﺎ ﺃﻓﻜﺎﺭ ﻗﺪﻭﺳﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺳﺮﺍﺭ ﺟﱪﻭﺗﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﻟﻘﺪ ﲰﻌﺖ ﺷﻴﺦ ﺷﻴﺨﻨﺎ ﻣﻮﻻﻱ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﰊ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‬ ‫ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﲰﻌﺖ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﱐ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﻛﺎﺩﺕ ﺣﻜﻢ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﻄﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻭﺣﻴﹰﺎ ﻭﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﲡﻮﺯ ﺑﻐﲑ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ‬ ‫ﳉﺎﺯﺕ ﺑﻜﻼﻡ ﺍﳊﻜﻢ ﺃﻭ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻭﻟﻘﺪ ﻃﻠﺐ ﻣﲏ ﺷﻴﺨﻨﺎﹰ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﺍﶈﻘﻖ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﻮﺯﻳﺪﻱ‬ ‫ﺍﳊﺴﲎ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺿﻊ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺷﺮﺣﹰﺎ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﹰﺎ ﻳﺒﲔ ﺍﳌﻌﲎ ﻭﳛﻘﻖ ﺍﳌﺒﲎ ﻣﻌﺘﻤﺪﹰﺍ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﻭﻗﻮﺗﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﻔﺘﺢ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﺑﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺧﺰﺍﺋﻦ ﻋﻠﻤﻪ ﻭﺣﻜﻤﺘﻪ‪ .‬ﺃﻭ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﹰﺎ ﻟﺘﻠﻚ ﺍﳊﻜﻤﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻡ ﻓﺄﺟﺒﺖ ﻃﻠﺒﺘﻪ ﻭﺃﺳﻌﻔﺖ ﺭﻏﺒﺘﻪ ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺭﺟﺎﺀ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻊ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻷﻣﻨﺎﻉ ﻭﻳﻌﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻔﺎﻉ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﺎ ﺗﻮﻓﻴﻘﻲ ﺇﻻ ﺑﺎﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺗﻮﻛﻠﺖ ﻭﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺃﻧﻴﺐ ﻭﲰﻴﺘﻪ ﺃﻳﻘﺎﻅ ﺍﳍﻤﻢ ﰲ‬ ‫ﺷﺮﺡ ﺍﳊﻜﻢ ﺟﻌﻠﻪ ﺍﷲ ﺧﺎﻟﺼﺎ ﻟﻮﺟﻬﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﻈﻴﻢ ﲜﺎﻩ ﻧﺒﻴﻨﺎ ﺍﳌﺼﻄﻔﻰ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﱘ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺃﺯﻛﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺴﻠﻴﻢ‬ ‫ﻭﻟﻨﻘﺪﻡ ﺑﲔ ﻳﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺘﲔ ﺍﺣﺪﺍﳘﺎ ﰲ ﺣﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻮﻑ ﻭﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻪ ﻭﻭﺍﺿﻌﻪ ﻭﺍﲰﻪ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﻤﺪﺍﺩﻩ ﻭﺣﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﺎﺭﻉ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻭﺗﺼﻮﺭ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻠﻪ ﻭﻓﻀﻴﻠﺘﻪ ﻭﻧﺴﺒﺘﻪ ﻭﲦﺮﺗﻪ ﻭﺍﳌﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺗﺮﲨﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻭﺫﻛﺮ ﳏﺎﺳﻨﻪ ﺃﻣﺎ ﺣﺪﻩ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﳉﻨﻴﺪ ﻫﻮ ﺃﻥ ﳝﻴﺘﻚ ﺍﳊﻖ ﻋﻨﻚ ﻭﳛﻴﻴﻚ ﺑﻪ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﻳﻀﹰﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻊ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻼ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺪﺧﻮﻝ ﰲ ﻛﻞ ﺧﻠﻖ‬

‫ﺳﲏ ﻭﺍﳋﺮﻭﺝ ﻣ ﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺧﻠﻖ ﺩﱐ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺃﺧﻼﻕ ﻛﺮﳝﺔ ﻇﻬﺮﺕ ﰲ ﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﻛﺮﱘ ﻣﻊ ﻗﻮﻡ ﻛﺮﺍﻡ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﲤﻠﻚ‬ ‫ﺷﻴﺌﺎﹰ ﻭﻻ ﳝﻠﻜﻚ ﺷﻲﺀ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺃﺳﺘﺮﺳﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺲ ﻣﻊ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺮﻳﺪ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻮﻑ ﻣﺒﲏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺛﻼﺙ ﺧﺼﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻤﺴﻚ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻘﺮ ﻭﺍﻻﻓﺘﻘﺎﺭ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺬﻝ ﻭﺍﻹﻳﺜﺎﺭ ﻭﺗﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺑﲑ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺍﻻﺧﺬ ﺑﺎﳊﻘﺎﺋﻖ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻻ ﻳﺎﺱ ﳑﺎ‬ ‫ﰲ ﺃﻳﺪﻯ ﺍﳋﻼﺋﻖ‪ .‬ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺫﻛﺮ ﻣﻊ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻉ‪ .‬ﻭﻭﺟﺪ ﻣﻊ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﺎﻉ‪ .‬ﻭﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺍﺗﺒﺎﻉ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻧﺎﻓﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺎﺏ ﺍﳊﺒﻴﺐ‬ ‫ﻭﺃﻥ ﻃﺮﺩ‪ .‬ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺻﻔﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺏ‪ .‬ﺑﻌﺪ ﻛﺪﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺪ‪ .‬ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﺍﳉﻠﻮﺱ ﻣﻊ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻼﻫﻢ ﻭﻗﻴﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻌﺼﻤﺔ ﻋﻦ ﺭﺅﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻥ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻮﰱ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﻕ ﻋﻼﻣﺘﻪ ﺍﻥ ﻳﻔﺘﻘﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻐﲏ ﻭﻳﺬﻝ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﺰ ﻭﳜﻔﻲ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮﺓ ﻭﻋﻼﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻮﰲ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﺫﺏ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﻳﺴﺘﻐﲏ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﺮ ﻭﻳﻌﺰ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺬﻝ ﻭﻳﺸﺘﻬﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﳋﻔﺎﺀ ﻗﺎﻟﻪ ﺃﺑﻮ ﲪﺰﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﻐﺪﺍﺩﻱ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﳊﺴﻦ ﺑﻦ ﻣﻨﺼﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺼﻮﰲ‬
