Books & Curriculum Development Family Legacy by Design

Family Legacy By Design for Families (Book) is underway, with five chapters completed and full manuscript completion expected within 90 days. We are currently developing a combined marketing strategy and churchbased family workshop.

The Family Curriculum version is progressing alongside the book, offering both family discipleship tools and small group resources, and will be completed within 30 days of the book’s final release.

Ron Blue Trilogy Series Featured Partner Tom was featured in almost every session of the Ron Blue Trilogy Series. These series represent Ron’s latest resources targeting legacy families like those we serve and are proven assets to be distributed through Kingdom Advisors, the Christian Advisor Network, and other providers to reach these families.

However, the primary target for these three new resources is the top 1% of families of wealth around the world, with the goal not just to launch small groups, but to launch family legacy ministries that we can serve with all of our upcoming resources. In this way, we coach the advisors and serve those families with our legacy resources. The cross-promotion benefit is significant because Brett’s company, LifeTogether, is producing both projects.

Kingdom Advisors Conference Highlights The Kingdom Advisor Conference hosted this year, with over 2,500 Christian advisors, providers, and industry representatives, will now provide additional exposure and relational equity moving forward.

As a panel expert in the Family Legacy Coaching Workshop and the primary interview host for many of the thought-leading Kingdom Advisors, Tom helped elevate FLBD’s visibility and credibility within influential ministry and advisory networks.

National Church Engagement Our database now targets over 330,000 local churches, including pastors, board members, and staff across the U.S. This provides an unparalleled opportunity for Family Legacy By Design to serve churches and ministries nationwide. We’re piloting workshops and webinars in strategic cities across the country, targeting Christian advisors, stewardship pastors, and senior pastors who want to reach families in their local churches. Our hope is to raise up, train, and coach financial advisors who can minister to and through these families using our coaching resources. This further positions Family Legacy By Design as the go-to partner in family legacy ministry.

New Coaching Resources & Relationships with Strategic Partners We are exploring the development of specialty coaching resources for nonprofits, accountants, attorneys, and wealth managers. This customized and semi-custom content will equip these professionals to guide families of wealth in biblically-grounded planning.

FLBD has deepened its collaboration with Ron Blue and the Ron Blue Institute Ministry to co-develop and share legacy content and curriculum assets. With strategic alignment in mission, vision, and values inspired by the work of Bill Bright, co-producing digital content, toolkits, and shared advisor resources is a natural extension.

We’re establishing reciprocal web links, video productions, cross-promotions, and content strategies that serve the Christian advisor community with a comprehensive library of legacy tools. The synergies and strategic partnership help scale our impact together.

Family Legacy Workshop 3.0 Our latest workshop in Pennsylvania marked a leap forward with refreshed and new power point presentations, workshop manuals, updated website features and the integration of new Master Trainers such as Michael King (NCF) and Phil Clemens, and a pivot toward targeted marketing beyond the Kingdom Advisor lists.

The delivery format included a more intimate, relational approach and will now serve as a replicable model. The foundation for the development of Family Legacy By Design Workshops model is now being designed to provide Advisors a turnkey/Flipbook version for eventual national use.

The Future of FLBD & Strategic Opportunities We are developing the first Family Legacy 40-Day Church Campaign strategy, led by Tom Conway and Brett Eastman, providing advisors and churches a clear roadmap for transformation. With companion sermon series, small group tools, multimedia devotionals, and small group engagement strategies, advisors and churches will be able to license this turnkey campaign for their church. FLBD is committed to empowering churches with tools that disciple families to ignite spiritual impact of families by raising family legacy coaches inside the congregations.

FLBD’s 40-Day Campaign initiative has become one of our most impactful tools for church engagement and spiritual transformation over the last 20 years.

Led by Tom and Brett, these campaigns provide churches with a Spirit-led, step-by-step framework to ignite spiritual growth, foster deeper community connection, and inspire long-term discipleship.

This concept has already received strong early interest, and we are planning to scale FLBD delivery through live coaching, webinars, and digital kits. Our goal is to see these 40-Day Campaigns become the catalytic tool for spiritual renewal in churches across the country — helping thousands of families live out their faith and legacy with intentionality and boldness.

Phil Clemens & The Christian Family Business Partnership Conversations with Phil Clemens have unlocked exponential opportunities.

Tom’s recent visit with Phil and one of his Family Legacy clients was groundbreaking. A joint interview with Brett and Phil sparked momentum toward a new initiative—Family Legacy Business By Design. This model brings Christian families and businesses together under the mentorship of trained FLBD leaders. An upcoming followup interview with Phil will further explore and formalize this promising venture.

Family Legacy By Design™ Financial Advisor Certification Program Empowering Christian Financial Advisors to Guide Clients in Building Multi-Generational Family Impact

Program Overview The Family Legacy By Design™ Certification Program is a comprehensive, online training experience designed for financial advisors, estate planners, family business consultants, and ministry leaders who seek to help individuals and families create lasting, values-based legacies.

We are currently designing the framework of the program which tentatively includes the 84 core sessions (captured from the LIVE Trainings) supplemented by expert insights, tools, and reallife examples.
