Programs Explained

Total Tennis - $176 for 8 weeks or $44 per fortnight , A program the integrates technical, tactical and pyschological components of tennis into a total learning experience, where technique becomes a response to the . tactica and pyschology of the game.

Pro Tennis Dev - $309 for 8 weeks or $77 / Fortnight

Personal Coaching

Mon - Thu 3:45 - 5:00PM (Ambiwerra Tennis Centre)

30 mins - $53

Aimed at players 8 - 11 years of age.

A 75 minute session which is the perfect progression for players looking to start playing fixtures or junior tournaments.

All aspects of the game taught by experienced coaches.

Individualised instruction for more personalised attention. Share the lesson with a friend or family member.

Our Pro Tennis Programs are aimed at young players looking to achieve state and national rankings, obtain a USA College scholarship or persue a career playing tennis professionally.

Having a pathway is important for players and we have developed a pathway that allows players to progress quickly and get the most out of their time on court.

LifeTime’s Pathway to Success Players start off in one of our Play n Learn Programs learning the skills and game sense required to start playing tennis on a full court.

Pro Tennis Development is the next stop for young players wanting more out of their game. A longer session with a emphasis on stroke correction, tactics, on court drilling and game play.

Finally players are ready for Pro Tennis.

Pro Tennis Squads are 120 minute on court sessions which are of the highest intensity. Fitness, on court drilling with a tactical base, match play and stroke correction.

Pro Tennis Squad - $495 for 8 weeks or $120 / Fortnight Mon - Thu 4:30 - 6:30PM (Ambiwerra Tennis Centre) Mon / Wed / Fri 3:30 - 5:30PM (Spring Hill Centre) Our flag ship program. LifeTime’s Pro Tennis Squads have helped players reach their tennis potential for over 30 years.
