LifelineisaChrist-centered,accreditedlong-termresidentialsubstance abusetreatmentfacilitywithseparatecampusesformenandwomen. FollowingChrist’sexample,weprovideourbrothersandsistersstruggling withlife-controllingaddictionswithaspiritualenvironmentthatpromotes arenewaloffaithandlastingsobriety.ClientsparticipateinregularBible study prayer,andattendworshipserviceseachSundayatoneofour partnerchurches.
Becauseofvolunteerandphilanthropicsupport,costsforournine-to12-monthprogramareafractionofthecostofother30-dayprograms Thelongerprogramcorrelateswithourclientsbeingsuccessfulintheir sobrietyjourney Wedonotusemedical-assistedtreatment Instead,our abstinence-based,Christ-centeredapproachincludesindividual,family, andgroupcounselingandreliesonthe12-stepprogram Ourprogram requiresallclientstobeemployedinthesecondphaseoftreatment, settingthemupforasuccessfultransitionbackintoaproductivelifeafter completingtreatment.

OurStaff: Weempowerourstafftocarryoutourmissioninacompassionate,highlytrainedmanner.Committedtotalentattractionandretention,wevaluethe personalandprofessionalgrowthofourteam.Wearenationallyaccredited bytheCommissiononAccreditationofRehabilitationFacilities(CARF),the AmericanSocietyofAddictionMedicine(ASAM) andaStateAlcoholandother DrugEntity(AODE)residentialandIntensiveOutpatient(IOP)license,meaning ourstaffandprogrammeetstrictcriteria.In2004webegantreatmentofboth menandwomenrequiringtwoseparatecampuses,andhavenowgrownto 45staffmembers,includingcertifieddrugandalcoholcounselors,and75-100 volunteersannually
OurClients:
Weoperateaclient-centeredaddictionprogramwithastaff-clientratiothat meetsthestateandnationalstandards,whilemeetingtheevolvingneedsof thecommunityweserve Inordertoenrollinourprogram,clientsmustadmit theyhaveaproblem committotheprogram’sthreephasesofresidential treatment(lastingnineto12months) andcomplywithLifeline’spolicies
Partnerships:
Ourlocalcommunitycomestogethertoshareresources,opportunities,and expertiseforourclients.Theseactsofcompassionofferhopeandasense ofbelongingtoindividualsinrecovery Clientsvolunteerandareemployed bylocalbusinesspartnersinthecommunityduringthesecondphaseof treatment.ManybusinesspartnerspermanentlyhireLifelineclientsupon graduation.Ourcollaborationswithindividuals,donors,volunteers,churches, businesses andcharitablefoundationsenhancesobriety.

Inaddition,anonprofitconsultancyfacilitatedourstrategicplanning processwhichincluded1:1interviewswithstakeholders(board,staff, donors,volunteers,andchurchpartners)andelectronicsurvey participation Gatheringcandidinsightsfromourkeystakeholders providedcriticalfeedbacktoguideourstrategicplanningdiscussions andourdirectionasanorganization.

Lifelinehasatemporarywomen’scampusonMorganLaneuntil wecompleteconstructionofanewcampusonOldHwy60 includingachapel,administrationbuilding,dininghall,and housinghallsforphaseoneandphasetwoclients,aswellasan updateofthetransitionalhousing.
