Grappa from PomaceDiamante Barrique
With a robust and persistent taste, Grappa Diamante Barrique is made from a "blend" of pomace, from several harmoniously selected native Sicilian grape varieties: Inzolia, Catarratto and Nero d'Avola vines.
The traditional method of distillation, "bain-marie" in a discontinuous still, is applied to obtain only the heart of the precious multi-varietal variety.
