Joanne Bourne sent in this stunning photograph that she took looking across Farnborough fields. She says: “It's rare to get such lovely mist. I was up at five in order to get to Farnborough fields for the sunrise on that morning.” Do you have a local picture that you’re particularly proud of? We’d love to showcase it! My Favourite Thing

Dancing is the thing I love It makes my spirits soar. I love to hear the music when it leaves me wanting more. To dance something balletic Or to do a spot of tap, The music always moves me from a ballad to a rap. I find my feet a tapping even when I’m sitting still, Cause the rhythm is inside me even when I try to chill. I’ll always be a dancer even when I’m 83. The theatre’s where I’m happy and the place I love to be. It’s the first thing that I think of when I rise up from my bed and the last thing that I think of when I choose to rest my head. So let me always live this life in which I get to dance, as I know I’m really lucky just to even get the chance.
