Two lands unified in one, that is more than 700 square feet. The owners had a dream of an inponent facade, a big house in one floor.
To place the building would be necessary to movement the land. So the decision that we in the office decided was to design the garage in the lower part. That was the first step to design the house. All the rooms are large, plenty of space for the two kids. The family spend long times at home, enjoy wine and parties. Was asked for gourmet areas with electric and firewood ovens
Tophography changes: Acess to the garage and from that the house can be acceced by the stairs. On the right side, a built-in closet to keep bycicles and tools. At the backyard was made a hole to place the pool. All
rest of the land was kept original.

A house designed for a family of three. They hired me with the porpouse of creating a home of 3 bedroom, open concept living room and gourmet area.
To enjoy of the sun, a pool and a deck area close to the barbecue grill.
On the 2. floor a space for working from home as well as a TV room with soundsystem.
The design concept was asked to be modern - simple shapes. They love gray shades. So the materials proposed are:
Concrete on the floor
Concrete Tiles on some details
Light gray for the walls
Dark gray for the windows and other metals. Wood on the main door to warm up the residence. These materials had repeated on other detalis as well

For the implementation of this project, a visual axis was observed that could created from this land.
The connection between the streets through this projetc makes an open plain, creating public and permeable spaces uniting the City Centre and Vila Industrial - a historical 19 century neighbourhood. The format of the building is four displaced rectangular blocks that integrate with green areas. Two of the blocks have free ground, which allows the circulation of anyone who crosses the square.
For the quality of the open spaces, sidewalks with different floors and greater afforestation for the square were implemented, a concept that invites the population to frequent the spaces regardless of the intended use.

The project is divided by sectors for better functioning of the program such as:
ground floor: public areas for the use of care and enterntainment - square, cafeteria, health and veterinary
1. Floor: For emergency rooms and administrative services.
2. floor: professional training courses and leisure area

The neighborhoods J. Boer I, Boer II and J. Esperança, are placed in a Mixed Zone, it is an area determined for the use of residential, multi-residential, institutional, commerce and services; had a considerable population increase in recent years, and will continue to grow with the contribution of the construction of a vertical housing complex (Parque Austria) of social interest with approximately 960 units, thus occupying part of its territory with the new residents who were distant from community resources implemented around.
The existing geographical barriers to other neighborhoods currently make it difficult for residents in terms of circulation and school attendance.
Located in the interior of Sao Paulo, the concept of open spaces valuing natural lighting and ventilation, as well as the application of hollow elements with simplicity in the construction method, valued by playful paintings; makes this space a pleasant and inviting environment for children to spend their time and have fun.
Inspired by the project of architects Hiribarren-Gonzalez + Estudio Urgari in Spain, the openings of windows and passages that provide children with ease when relating to the outside, as well as the use of many colors characterizing the environment as a place turned to childhood.
