1. Access the platform through the following link: https://b2b.lidel.pt.
2. Select your preferred language.
3. Enter your information and click 'Insert'.
4. For security reasons, please change your password on first login by following the steps below:
a. Click on “My Options” and then “Change Password”.
b. Set your new password and click on “Click here to change the Password”.
5. To place your order, click the arrow next to the“Orders” menu and then select “+ insert”.
6. In the orders panel, enter the titles and quantities using one of the following methods:
a. Click on “+ Add Row” and enter the ISBNs (with hyphens) and quantities one by one.
b. Alternatively, click on “Copy from xls” and, using the provided .xls file as a template, copy the data for the order and paste it into the lines.
Please Note: Do not change the header of the provided template file.
7. If you wish to include any remarks about the order for our team, use the“Order Notes” field.
8. Before completing your order, select the “Delivery Location”. If the desired location is not listed, you can add it in the previous panel,“Delivery Addresses”.
9. To complete your order, click“Save” and wait for it to be processed.
