The white stucco exterior nods to traditional Bahamian lime plaster techniques, updated for modern efficiency. Loggias, arcades, and courtyards ensure a seamless indoor-outdoor transition, enhancing natural ventilation and year-round enjoyment of the Bahamian weather.
