Based on internal market to resolve the resource problem, at the same time, China government encourage the Chinese exploration entities and mining enterprises to go abroad, adopting a proactive international business strategy. The Chinese authorities also provide them support on information consultancy, technical training, etc.
Simplify and accelerate the approval procedure When applying for investment on resources projects in foreign countries, as long as the enterprises are well-credited and have sufficient financial support, and the projects are economically feasible, the application can be approved by the government in an efficiency mode and the application procedure is very simple and transparent.
Providing service of information consultancy Ministry of Commerce of China has compiled Country Investment Guide for main countries of the world. This guide provides rich information about investment environment, legal framework, tax policy, labor law, resources conditions. Ministry of Land and Resources will also edit a Country Mining Investment Guide.
Creating a platform for the communication Ministry of Land and Resources celebrates annually an International Mining Summit. Through this platform, the Chinese mining companies and exploration entities have obtained lots of investment information and projects. At the same time, this Ministry also organizes mining companies and exploration entities to attend International Mining Summit .
Providing financial credit support Although China’s currency RMB can not be freely converted, China maintains considerable foreign currency reserves. This gives sufficient foreign exchange support for the Chinese mining companies to carry out investments abroad.
Providing broad financing channels The Chinese government encourages cooperation between the exploration entities and big mining companies, private capital and all kinds of investment institutions, including foreign investment institutions.
Training program on technical professionals for foreign investment Every year more than 5000 students graduate from universities and research institutions with Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees majored in geology and mining.

China Non-ferrous Metals Resource Geological Survey(CNGS) is is an international full-range entity with a history of 56 years. CNGS is engaged in diversified business such as mining geology research, risk exploration and development, exploration technical service and consultancy. During the past 8 years, it has discovered and explored 11 copper, lead and zinc, and gold deposits in China.
Recently, CNGS has increased its investments on abroad. It has implemented risk exploration in adjacent countries, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Angola, Zambia of Africa, Chile and Mexico of Latin America, and Canada of North America.
Our investment project in Chile has won a medal of program celebrated by the two countries’ authorities
