The EmQuatier is a grade A office building and department store, owned and operated by The Mall Group, consisting of 38 floors with a total building area of 200,000 square meters, including a podium and seven floors, a basement, and 31 floors of office tower for rent. This project is located opposite to Emporium Departmental Store, near Phrom Phong BTS station.
The EmQuatier is divided into three main parts, connected by several walkways, which consists of ‘The Glass Quartier’, ‘The Helix Quartier’ and “The Waterfall Quartier”. The building-floor plates are shifted and not align with each other which create a spiral shape and also allow spaces for outdoor terrace on each floor, blurring the inside and outside of building.

Opened in May, 2015, EmQuatier is the newest collection of luxurious shopping malls, known as the District EM (including; EmQuatier, Emporium, and EmSphere). It’s expected to become a world-class destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Bangkok, Thailand.
