Students must complete a project that makes an original contribution to a STEM field of study and submit their findings via the online platform. Completion time- 1 year. Students will hone their investigative skills and employ scientific methods to conduct their own piece of research with the support of an industrial mentor. CREST Gold can be used by students to enhance their UCAS personal statements. The award is recognised and respected by Universities and employers.

Study the Latin language - a great way to develop your knowledge of language and history, and improve your English skills. We follow the Cambridge Latin Course, which is suitable for absolute beginners or those with some existing knowledge,

teaching the language through engaging stories and characters. Students work at their own pace, and older students may wish to mentor younger students as they become confident enough with the grammar. Students who are interested may also wish to explore ancient Greek in the club.
