American Mah Jongg Players Group

Balance Awareness (WVC)

Join Mary Ann, a certified personal trainer, from West Valley College for this balance class. Work through different exercises with elements of Tai Chi to keep you confident in your balance. Weekly on Mondays and Fridays. Sign up with the 55 Plus office required (no fee).

Art & Music Appreciation (WVC)

Interactive class exploring and discussing a new influential artist or musician each week. West Valley College Instructor, Ed, will also lead the group singing well-known songs and playing guitar. Artist Workshop Group (Watercolor, Acrylic & Oil Painting)

Work on your project in a friendly atmosphere with a welcoming group of artists. No formal instruction and all levels are welcome. Participants provide their own supplies and projects. Weekly on Fridays.

Lively and informative discussions regarding local, state, national and world current events. Attendees are encouraged to bring topics that are important to them to discuss. Weekly on Thursdays.

Democracy Tent

The non-partisan Democracy Tent meets each week to discuss the most pressing issues in Los Gatos in an open environment to prompt understanding and change. Facilitators will provide topics for discussion, though participants are welcome to suggest additional topics as well. Weekly on Mondays.
