s one of our letting’s consultants, Victoria builds strong relationships with our clients. She is responsible for all pretenancy administration, arranging and conducting viewings and negotiating the terms of the tenancy. We asked Victoria about her role and life in Brighton:
HOW DO YOU LIKE TO RELAX? With three young children at home, I’m kept pretty busy! As a family we enjoy spending lots of time outdoors, Brighton Seafront and Hove Park are firm favourites. But when I do get some time to myself, I really enjoy yoga – it’s such a relaxing way to end the week.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANT IN BRIGHTON & HOVE? There is so much choice in Brighton & Hove, but the Ginger Pig has definitely stolen the number one spot for me. The food is amazing and the gin cocktails … incredible.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING AT LEXTONS? I’m a real people person, so being able to get to know someone’s needs and assist them with their search is so rewarding. I genuinely enjoy advising landlords and matching the correct tenant to their property.
WHAT CHARITY DO YOU CARE ABOUT THE MOST? Chestnut Tree House is a fantastic Sussex based charity, that provides children’s hospice care services. I am so pleased to be working for Lextons, as they have recently started sponsoring the hospice.

DO YOU LIVE IN BRIGHTON & HOVE? IF SO, WHAT’S THE BEST THING ABOUT LIVING HERE? I have always lived in Hove. With so much to do nearby it’s such a wonderful place to be. There are tonnes of options for families; from the Sea Life Centre to Volk’s Electric Railway, museums and ice-skating. Regardless of the weather there’s no reason to be bored in Brighton.
WHAT WOULD YOUR DREAM HOME BE LIKE? When all the children have left home, I’d love a seafront penthouse. Brighton is amazing in the summer and I can’t think of a better way to enjoy it.
