2022 appears to have started how 2021 ended with demand continuing to outweigh supply with high yielding investment properties once again being at the very top of investors wish lists, particularly mixed investments with commercial being retained on the ground floor and residential above. With permitted development rights often allowing upper floor storage to be directly converted into residential with additional storeys to be added on to existing flat roofs, these types of freeholds are proving increasingly hard to find but very easy to sell!
