Our pies are made from scratch in our stores. We start with a flaky handmade crust and load it with local fruits and tasty fillings. Co-op bakers use only the best ingredients, choosing local maple syrup, locally milled flour and more for our recipes.
Use salad tongs to crimp your crust nice and tight.
Keep your crust from cracking and let your pie cool naturally by turning off the oven and opening the door.
After you pull dinner out of the oven, turn off and pop in your pies. Get them nice and warm for dessert!
