Tortilla chips medium/thick Cheese Queso, Cheddar or Monterey Jack Great melters with sharp flavor! Meats Pulled chicken, pork or beef Ground beef works great too Beans Black or refried are best Toppings you love (suggestions below) A rimmed baking sheet

How to do it Preheat oven to 350°. On the baking sheet, create up to three layers of chips, meat, beans, and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and chip edges are crispy. Set out a great group of fun toppings: sliced jalapenos, cilantro, tomatoes, radishes, lettuce, lime, salsa, diced avocado, olives, scallions, sour cream. Olé!
