Born in Texas, raised in Argentina, Valentina Garcia Montaño developed her passion for traditional foods while cooking alongside her grandmother. Che Garcia Chimichurri was born after Valentina raided her mom’s spice cabinet and formulated the perfect blend. Her label now says “perfected in Buffalo”. Use Che Garcia Chimichurri the next time you fire up your grill or are looking for an explosion of flavor in your skillet dishes. Chimi goes great with chicken, pork, cauliflower, tofu and more.

Domaine Lachaal Olive Oil

Brendan Lachaal’s passion for olive oil is in his blood. His paternal forefathers were olive growers in their native Tunisia and his father bagan an importing business stateside to bring this quality oil to Buffalo. Come harvest season, Brendan travels to Tunisia to his 100 hectare (247 acre) grove to work alongside his growers...and to watch the sunset, which he promises is the best in the world. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is simply the crushing of olives and extracting the fruit’s juice with nothing added. Fun fact: in some parts of Tunisia, olive oil can be used as currency!

McDuffies Shortbread Cookies

Traditional Scottish shortbread cookies were the foundation of McDuffies Bakery when it first opened in 1976. Simple, yet delicious McDuffies supplies hotels around the world with their cookies! Today, the family run business employs more than 20 people and has 3 locations featuring another side of the business, Mr. Pot Pies. Fun facts about Shortbread cookies: old Scottish tradition says you should break one over a bride’s head as she enters her new home for good luck.
