The Lansdowne project contains three towers A (36 storeys), B (29 storeys) and C (12 storeys) as well as two four storey stacked townhouses building D and E. The site also includes a daycare building and an amenity occupancy space located in the podium of building A. In addition the site has underground parking for the tenants and visitors. This project was part of my work at Gabriel Bodor Architect Inc. My role in this project was to work on plans, sections, elevations and details in the ArchiCAD BIM software and to create renderings for the project.

The Patterson Kaye Resort project consists of rental townhomes to expand the existing resort facilities. This project was part of my work at Gabriel Bodor Architect Inc. My role in this project was to create the initial design of the townhouse units. Once this was approved by the client I worked on plans, sections, elevations and details in the ArchiCAD BIM software and created renderings for the project.

The Mary Lake project is a 3000 sqft. four bedroom, three bathroom cottage in Muskoka. The site is very rocky and has an extreme slope towards the water. Because the client wanted to disturb the site as little as possible, the massing is situated on a rock ledge. The structures irregular form is reflective of the varied topography of the site. The main floor of the cottage will be completly wheelchair accessible.
