The compact disc (CD) may be the hardestworking medium in show business but it also performs a variety of jobs around the modern office, storing programs and data. Fortunately, there are a number of CD storage racks that let you create custom systems that are either freestanding or an integral part of office furniture or an entertainment center. Choose from units that store single or double CDs in tracks that lock the case until you push in with your finger. The plastic springs at the rear of the unit then pop the case forward so you can easily grip it. Another style of CD holder is adaptable for vertical or horizontal installation in 5-mm holes or 1⁄2-in. saw kerfs.
Storage for Videotapes and DVDs The rush is on toward DVDs, but videotapes will probably be part of your entertainment collection for a number of years.
