MEET THE TEAM GRAHAM MORE SENIOR PARTNER

Graham has been providing professional financial planning and wealth management advice for over 15 years. His advice to clients is based on a relationship that is built on trust, integrity, transparency and expertise over the long term. This is not a given right, but a privilege that must be earned through hard work and dedication to clients’ needs. Graham invests time from the outset to really understand his client’s aspirations, worries, individual financial circumstances and, as no two people are the same, provides clients with the bespoke advice that is relevant to them.

Graham believes that the value of financial advice in today’s world is significant and with the ever-changing landscape of the economy, taxation, legislation and the political arena, the need to receive Professional Advice has never been greater.

On a personal note, he is passionate about serving the local community in which his business works. He is married with two young children. In between running a wealth management Practice and bringing up a young family, he is a very keen golfer (although doesn’t play nearly as much as he’d like!) He also enjoys keeping fit through regular visits to the gym, swimming and walking his 3 dogs... Phew!

HENRY DURRANT FINANCIAL PLANNER

Having joined Graham More and the team at More Wealth Management in 2019, Henry has completed the St. James’s Place Next Generation Academy and is a diploma qualified Financial Adviser. Henry holds the additional Chartered Institute of Insurance Level 3 qualification in Mortgage Advice, enabling More Wealth Management to provide mortgage advice to our clients.

Henry enjoys working with people from all walks of life, and has a natural ability to create tailored advice based on strong listening skills. Henry holds integrity, honesty, and a belief in always doing the right thing, in the highest regard when working with clients.

Henry graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a first class degree with honours in Business Management in 2011. Prior to joining More Wealth Management, Henry was a Property Consultant with a luxury estate agency, and has worked in business-to-business technology sales. Outside of work, Henry enjoys playing football and cricket for his hometown of Neyland.

He likes to explore West Wales and travel abroad, and Henry is a keen ‘foodie’ (the eating part more so than the cooking!).

JOANNE ELLERBY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

After 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jo decided to join More Wealth Management in March 2021 from Tenet Group where she was Head of Compliance Operations.

Jo has a Masters in Finance and Investment Management and started her career at The Financial Conduct Authority where she was a supervisor in the Major Retail Groups Division and senior investigator in the Enforcement Division where she led high impact investigations relating to suitability of advice, systems and controls failings and client money breaches.

In 2011 Joanne went on to become a senior manager at EY in London where she was involved in running high profile advisory engagements for UK retail banking groups including suitability reviews for investment, bancassurance, mortgage and insurance firms and large-scale remediation projects.

Since 2017, Joanne has worked for a number of adviser networks in the industry. Joanne led the team at Quilter which implemented the GDPR policy changes within the network. She also led the investigation team at Quilter responsible for investigating instances of poor conduct and rule breaches.

Joanne moved to another adviser network, Tenet Group, in 2020 as Head of Compliance Operations where she was responsible for a team of 50+ compliance staff focusing on ensuring quality of advice and adviser conduct.

Joanne has an in-depth knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and specifically how this should be applied within adviser firms. Joanne has a strong sense of doing what is right and fair for clients and is keen to demonstrate this through her work. Joanne brings to More Wealth Management huge amounts of experience of ensuring advice quality and high standards of conduct and outcomes.

STEPHANIE HACKETT PRACTICE MANAGER

Steph started her career within the services industry following successful completion of a HND in Computing in 2007. She spent nine years working for large local businesses, honing her expertise in office management, marketing and HR. Steph joined More Wealth Management in March 2016 and has been instrumental in facilitating the growth and expansion of the Practice. When she joined in 2016, she brought with her a wealth of transferable experience and knowledge.

As a St. James’s Place Accredited Practice Manager her primary role is to maintain the smooth running of the Practice while ensuring the needs and requirements of our clients are met. She lives locally with her partner Jonathan and their Jack Russell, Ripley.

MEET THE TEAM JOANNA MORE HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Jo officially joined More Wealth Management in 2018, although she has been involved with the business since 2010. With over 15 years’ experience working in senior strategic marketing and business developments roles within the Legal and Professional Services industries, Jo’s role is to support the future growth plans of More Wealth Management. This includes identifying new business opportunities, branding and communications, client care and managing our online presence.

Additionally, she works closely with the Advisers in ensuring that our clients are fully engaged with our events and seminar programme, which are held across all three of our key sites in Narberth, Haverfordwest and Cheltenham.

Originally from Milford Haven, Jo moved to Cheltenham after several years of living in London. She has two children and three dogs who keep her busy outside of work.

Jo and Graham make the most of living near the Pembrokeshire Coast, spending weekends at the local beaches or walking the coast. Travel has become a new interest over the last few years and now that the children are a little older, they can journey further afield.

LEANNE WILSON FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Leanne joined More Wealth Management in May 2019 after she returned to the UK, having spent the previous two years living in Canada. Originally from Essex, Leanne and her family moved to Pembrokeshire in 2004.

She spent nine years working for Pembrokeshire County Council, developing her office and PA skills before leaving for Canada. Having known More Wealth Management since the Practice started, Leanne brings a wealth of skills to the role of Financial Administrator. Leanne lives with her partner Callum and their daughter Luna.

GEMMA REYNOLDS CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Gemma joined More Wealth Management in 2020 as a dedicated Client Servicing Specialist.

Her expertise for delivering a highly personal, friendly and efficient client service comes from her other passion in life… travel. For over twenty years Gemma has worked within the retail travel industry and latterly has managed her own Travel Consultancy business. Gemma has had the pleasure of visiting many far-flung Countries where she has experienced culture and the very best service around the world. She understands the importance of being ‘looked after’ and it’s fair to say that Gemma looks after our clients at More Wealth Management in the best possible manner.

HANNAH SASSON BENNETT FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Hannah joined More Wealth Management in 2021 after 5 years with Pembrokeshire County Council on a European funded employability project as the first point of contact.

Hannah has worked in administrative roles for the last 10 years in a variety of sectors, completing qualifications and building her skills in customer facing roles.
