New Trustees Join the Board Karen Bacardi

Ilyse Greenberg

Karen Bacardi is an attorney and has been a DCD parent since 2011. She graduated from Tufts University and received an MBA degree from Georgetown, a master’s degree in real estate finance and development from Columbia, and a law degree from the New England School of Law. Karen is the great, great granddaughter of Facundo Bacardi y Massó, the founder of the rum manufacturer Bacardi & Company, and works in the family business. She and her husband Stephen Fallon live in Milton with their three children, Christiane (Grade 5), Samuel (Grade 2), and Hannah (Kindergarten).

Ilyse Greenberg has been a DCD parent since 2012. She develops client strategy and research design for Boathouse, Inc., a full-service advertising agency. Prior to Boathouse, Ilyse worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble/Gillette, strategic planning at The Boston Globe/Boston.com, and marketing at TomTom, Inc. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Ilyse served on the Head Search Committee, and is co-chair of the DCD Annual Fund with her husband Charles Rudnick. They have also been Annual Fund Ambassadors and Class Parents. Ilyse and Charles live in Needham with their two children, Alfie (Grade 8) and Natalie (Grade 5).

Aidan J. Riordan

Aidan Riordan has been a DCD parent since 2012. He is Executive Vice President, Head of Affiliate Management at Old Mutual Asset Management (OMAM), where he is responsible for the oversight and development of its portfolio of Affiliate firms, represents the company on Affiliate Boards, and assists in strategic planning, capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, and new investments. Aidan has over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School. He has served on the DCD Finance Committee since 2013. Aidan and his wife Katherine are Annual Fund Ambassadors and Class Parents this year. They live in Needham and have four children, Oliver (Grade 6), Abigail (Grade 6), Jocelyn (Grade 1) and Hadley (Pre-Kindergarten).
