Do you have any holiday entertaining tips for avid hosts and hostesses?

Yes! Load up on trays and serving boards.

They’re great for prepping, serving and displaying – and you’ll use them all year long!

Also, when it comes to buffets, use cake stands and tiered servers to optimize serving space on a dining table or sideboard.

You can tie ribbon and ornaments to chandeliers and pendant lights, and create a greenery-and-votive tablescape on a shelf instead of a table when space is limited.

LED votives are fab too—no fire hazard, and they are scent-free and won’t compete with delicious food aromas.

What advice would you give to those of us looking for a quick, end-of-year decor fix?

Invest in affordable and cheerful accessories.

We started with a grey sectional that can be easily accessorised with colourful cushions or a bright throw.
