S u s h I wo r ks h o p Taller Take Away: Each assistant will bring home the pieces he has produced.

Taller restaurant: The sushi produced by each assistant is part of the meal they will share in the restaurant.

Gastronomy: This activity is the perfect opportunity to learn and above all to taste our wonderful Andalusian gastronomy.

Presentation: Once all the tortillas are ready, our jury will taste them and judge both the presentation and the taste.

It’s about developing the culinary know-how to create a true gastronomical experience of your very own.

You will be making these dishes: Sobrasada Raviolis filled with cheese, honey and walnuts Veggie Lasaña with vegetales, funghi porcini and mozzarella Papardelle with pear and gorgonzol At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.

Sushi

is a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice combined with other ingredients, seafood, vegetables and sometimes tropical fruits. Ingredients and forms of sushi presentation vary widely, but the ingredient which all sushi have in common is rice.

Sushi is often served with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.

is the most common gastronomic specialty found throughout Spain. While there are numerous regional variations, the most common version is the one made only with eggs and potatoes, and possibly onion, fried in olive oil.

is a dish whose origins are in South and Southeast Asian cuisines. The common feature is the incorporation of complex combinations of spices or herbs, usually including fresh or dried hot chillies. Some limit the use of the term curry to dishes prepared in a sauce, but curries may be "wet" or "dry".
