Welcome to Leone’s Den. Thank you for choosing our little mountain home getaway for your stay. We are your hosts, the Leone’s (lee-oh-knee), Ronnie, Vincent and our bambino, Luca.
We love to travel and have stayed in many vacation homes. We have incorporated many things we loved during our stays into Leone’s Den and we hope that’ll enjoy the thoughts and details we’ve incorporated throughout the condo.

We have put a great deal of effort into making Leone’s Den a comfortable place to stay and these house rules make it easier for future guests to enjoy the same quality space you will be enjoying.

NO SHOES INSIDE THE DEN
Use shoe tray under console table for your shoes. Please no shoes in the den.
NO PETS
We love animals; However, pets are not allowed in the Den.
NO PARTIES
No parties are permitted in the Den. Quiet time starts at 10 and guests must leave by this time.
NO SKI/ SNOWBOARD BOOTS IN THE DEN
Please use ski lockers to store ski/snowboard boots.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OVERNIGHT
The maximum property capacity is 4 people. All guests must be registered.
NO EATING OR DRINKING ON THE BED
Please enjoy your meal in the dining area and living
TOWELS
Please use the designated black face towels to remove make up and the striped towels for the hot tub.

Check out time is 11:00 AM - If you haven’t left the Den by then, we’re going to have to charge a late fee of $20. Our cleaners need time to get the condo ready for our next guests, so please be considerate of check- out times.
Put all the used dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Detergent tabs are provided in the cabinet below.
Check for any belongings you might have left behind.
Log off any accounts you may have logged into on the TV. Please take any of your food in the fridge.
Take out the trash. Refuse room is directly across the hall.
Close all windows, turn off the lights and lock the door. Leave us a Review! Thank you!

HOT TIPS FOR THE COZIEST STAY
If you get hot during your stay, you may crack the windows open. We also have provided a portable fan for you to use, if needed. It is stored in the closet.
Board games and books are in the chest of drawers next to the fireplace.
The air can get a little dry up here. To make your stay a little more comfortable, we’ve provided a humidifier for you to use.
Please make sure to close all the windows, turn off the lights and fireplace every time you leave the condo.
MICROWAVE & CONVECTION OVEN
The microwave is also a convection oven. You can use this to bake smaller dishes like you would in an oven. Please keep in mind that with convection oven, youll send your temperature 10-20 degrees lower than regular over.
TO USE THE OVEN, please make sure to install the oven racks on the clips (Racks are stored in the cabinet below) and only use bakeware provided and use “convection bake” or “convection roast” setting.
TO USE THE MICROWAVE, time cook and use control dial for time and push to start.

We have a special dishwasher that fits under the sink. You’ll notice that the back half of the top rack is sectioned off. Please do not put any tall dishes or cups within this area.

We have provided separate towels (Striped Ones) for you to use for the hot tub. Please do not use white bath towels.

Linens and pillows for the pull out sofa are in the labeled bin in the closet.
