OPEN SPACE SYSTEMS (SEL) IN THE METROPOLITAN REGION OF UMUARAMA - PARANÁ: A SCALAR APPROACH (BRAZIL, 2016)
The research adopted a scalar approach at the municipal and metropolitan level, analyzing the current legal and normative body concerning the structuring of open space systems, the urban landscape, composed of physical support, environmental and urban resources, and the urban form adopted in the design of the municipalities that make up the metropolitan region The reading of urban forms was carried out through morphological and historical analysis of the most general characteristics, such as layout, road system, shape and size of the blocks and location of the main open spaces.

URBAN MEMORY: WOODEN RESIDENCES IN THE CITY OF UMUARAMA (BRAZIL, 2018)
The research project aimed to inventory and analyze the wooden residences that still exist in the municipality of Umuarama (specifically on the area of the original plan of the city) safeguarding a regional architectural culture of building and inhabiting . The investigation was carried out through walks and photographic records, historical readings, drawings and analyzes of existing designs, which constituted the collection/ archive to be created.

ARCHITECTURE AS A MEDIA FOR SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF THE IMMIGRANT: CULTURAL PLURALITY IN HARMONY (SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL 2018)
The final graduation work sought to investigate the relationship between building and public spaces in order to facilitate the development of community life and sociocultural exchange between immigrants and local citizens of São Paulo city. The study of public space in an architectural / urbanistic bias reveals it as a social tool capable of interfering in the local culture itself, since it is in these spaces where users express their experiences and exchange relationships with each other.

KINDERGARTEN REHABILITATION (BOLIVIA, 2019)
The following project seeks, through the rehabilitation of existing spaces and the insertion of a new module for the community of La Arboleda de Fatima, a kindergarten that can meet the local demand and offer activities that assist in the development of children. The remodeling of the environments proposes better fluidity between the buildings and the empty spaces, making them accessible for children The proposal also seeks to put into action the idea of a vernacular architecture, using existing materials on th site.

SPIRAL OF TRADITIONS (PORTUGAL, 2020)
The contest sought to honor the artisans who maintain the tradition of black ceramics in Molelos, through a memorial monument In the design of the project, it was discovered about an ancient method of cooking black ceramics, the soenga. This method consists of a ceramic cooking system where it is made in a circular hole in the soil in which the clay pieces are later covered by some dry combustible material. Thus, The clay pieces acquire a black color, which characterize a regional way of knowing and doing This traditional method, would help to build the memorial by letting artisans and citizens of Molelos to participate on the construction.

ART IN PUBLIC SPACE (PORTUGAL, 2020)
Artistic exercises developed on the masters of Art and Design for Public Space that helped to explore new ways of investigating and operating in urban spaces through artistic practices. During the first year, I explored urban spaces through the perspective of individual experience related to memory and identity, mobility of bodies and idle urban spaces. Some examples of performative exercises on the urban space that reinforce the use the intertefence of the own architect’s body as a survey tool.

PERMANENCE ACTS IN CAMPANHÃ (PORTUGAL, 2020)
The subway terminal’s plaza in Campanhã, Porto, provides a considerable empty space without stimulating coexistence between people. From a survey of the plaza, the place was seen as an intermediary for the mobility of people between trains, subway and street However, the esplanade does not suggest taking advantage of other actions that dynamize the urban space and it is only there to supply a more functional need. The artistic ideas were born from the absence of people on the plaza by exploring permanence actions that could take place.

IDLE URBAN SPACE (PORTUGAL, in developtment)
The master’s final work investigates about the thematic of urban idle spaces. It considers these type of spaces like a medium for artistics proposals instead of a city’s problem that need to be fixed. Also, the dissertation adresses the pandemic issue that transformed most of all urban spaces into restricted zones, thus the way humans meetings and experiences changed along with it. The future projects will discuss about general idle spaces, such as abandoned land, unoccupied plazas and also restricted areas that the pandemic forced in our public spaces. The main objective is to create artistics proposal that is based and inspired by these conditions instead of fixing them
