Instructors on the MOVE!
We are very proud of our group fitness instructors and trainers. They continue their education which ultimately gives you, the member, a better experience here at the Sports Club. Melissa Miles who teaches three classes per week and does personal training, will be going to Florida this Thursday through Sunday to attend the Orlando, Florida group fitness conference for Les Mills International. Melissa is a certified instructor for Les Mills International in five various programs and also assesses other instructors to see if they are good enough to become certified. She is an Elite Instructor in BODYPUMP, which means she is one of the best instructors in the world for this program. Melissa will be joining them on stage during this Mega quarterly conference. She will also take an additional training class with a Master Yoga instructor on her journey to becoming an Elite instructor for their program entitled BODYFLOW!
