This article is a report of a series of measures taken to address the
above challenges.
Moreover, since the family does not prefer to face so much expenses at the
same time by doing all the renovations, we will provide and propose a suitable sequence
of work in order of urgency. As a result we will solve the problem regarding
to the basement flood and implement the renovation process and after that we will
implement the required methods to eliminate some current materials and according
to that improving the indoor air quality to provide a healthier indoor environment
for two kids, who have asthma and the other occupants as well. Finally, we will propose and implement some alteration base on the owner’s
needs and use appropriate strategies to solve the mold issue in the En-suite.
