“My wife and I had to move out of state rather suddenly. Because we had had such a great experience with Kathy and Eric Leimkuhler in the past, we turned to them again for some help. Then, Kathy and Eric even personally went all the way to City Hall and met with the city building permits department and charmed them into approving a permit for our garage door! When Kathy and Eric called me on speaker phone when they were leaving City Hall, I almost wept with gratitude. They had worked a miracle to save the day!
