A new building for a new beginning.

On August 29, 2022, SAMIS girl section announced its official transfer to a new building in Shihar. This transfer aims to provide students, teachers, and staff a more favorable atmosphere and teaching and learning environment where everyone can feel the freedom of interaction, safety, and respect. This purpose has been served through the school’s first step to move to a new building with more spaces, better classes segregations, and an increase in the capacity in number of students toward a greater quality of education

Shorouq Al Mamlakah International School marked a three-day celebration of its 16th Founding Anniversary from October 18-20, with the theme, “Sixteen years of Strengthening the Cultural Exchange in SAMIS.”

Middle and high school students joined this year’s celebration by representing the continents assigned to them.

Grade 7 represented the icecovered continent of Antarctica; Grade 8 illustrated the African culture, while Grade 9, with their splendid red skirts, represented Europe. Grade 10 featured Asia choosing India, Grade 11 for Colombia, and Grade 12 took Australia. Thus, six unique presentations took place on the last day.
