Al Mamlakah International School celebrates International Children’s day on the 22nd of November.
SAMISIANs from pre-school to lower elementary wore different costumes and attended the morning program. They dressed up as their favorite characters and brought their favorite toys to share with their friends. Kids also enjoyed the dances and games prepared for them.
Miss Carline Obenza, Preschool Coordinator emphasized that this celebration strives to enhance children’s welfare by fostering global understanding and awareness among them to make them feel like they are loved and valued. She also states that it was

Each year, people around the world celebrate International Children’s Day which is primarily dedicated to children. On this day, we honor the rights of all children as well as their tenacity and delight. This day is often referred to as the
World Day for the Protection of Children.
International Children’s Day is a special occasion to honor all children’s rights and the joys of childhood. This day does not only give children the right to feel included but also gives adults a wonderful chance to express how much they value and adore children.
